To Prepare for Your Consultation Appointment
Consultation appointments involve an in depth discussion of your pet's current condition, medical history and current treatments. In order to provide the best possible recommendations for your pet's treatment, we would like to get as much information as possible.
Please have your regular veterinarian e-mail us a copy of your pet’s medical records including any diagnostic testing (bloodwork, x-rays). This way, we can review it ahead of time and be as prepared as possible to evaluate your pet. If this is not possible, please bring a copy of your pets records with you to your appointment.
Please bring a complete list of all medications that your pet is receiving including the dose and frequency of administration. This includes all medications, supplements, and preventatives. You can bring the bottles with you if you like.
Please ensure that your pet is current on his/her rabies vaccination. It is not that we think your pet will do anything, but this is a legal issue and helps ensure the safety of the staff.
We look forward to meeting you and your pet!
